For businesses
Get found by riders heading your way.
Riders use Motoloop to plan where they'll eat, fill up, sleep or get the bike fixed. Listing your place is free.
How you get found
Seen while they plan,
never while they ride.
When a rider plans a route near you, your place can show up while they're still working out where to stop. A free listing appears in search. With Verified, your pin is on the map too.
- In the planner, not in a pop-up.
Riders see you while they plan and look around nearby. - Not while they ride.
Once a rider starts navigating, paid placements stop. - No names.
You see regions and rider types, not who someone is.
How it works
Start with a free listing.
You don't have to ride to be on Motoloop. It's enough that riders stop at your place. Signing up takes a few minutes.
-
1
Pick your category
Then type your address and drag the pin to your door. You don't need a card.
-
2
Create your login
Email and password. You use the same login on the web and in the Motoloop app.
-
3
Complete your profile
Hours, photos and the things riders look for, like secure parking, outdoor seating or a tyre service.
-
4
Get found in search
Riders searching near you will find your place. The free listing has no end date.

Upgrade if it's worth it
Verified adds the badge, your pin on the route map and your numbers. The calculator under Pricing shows where it breaks even.

Leads, catalogue, team and numbers in one place on the web. The login also works in the Motoloop app, and staff can get an inbox-only account.
The garage and its numbers are made up. Nothing you click here is saved or sent anywhere.

See what each plan adds
Tap a plan. Each one keeps everything below it. Details differ by category.
Claiming and staying listed is always free. On a paid plan, garages, hotels, campsites and tour providers also pay per qualified lead they accept: €8, or €15 for hotels. Never for a lead they turn down. Prices depend on your category: see pricing.
Pricing
Free to list. Paid plans by category.
A beer garden needs different things than a garage, so paid plans are priced by category. You can cancel any time.
Example: at €20 per customer, 2 riders a month cover Verified for garages (€39 a month).
Simple arithmetic, not a forecast: we don't promise any number of riders or customers. On plans with leads, each lead you accept costs €8 on top (hotels €15).
Every business starts with a free listing. On a paid plan, garages, hotels, campsites and tour providers also receive qualified leads, charged only when you accept one: €8, or €15 for hotels. Verified adds the map pin, the badge and analytics. Your first full-access seat (owner or manager) is included; more seats start at €4 a month (staff €4, extra owner or manager €10). Billing runs through Stripe: card, PayPal or SEPA. Cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
